show of gratitude. I was awarded one of the BEST
PUBLISHED POETS OF 2004 two days ago! I also was
awarded BEST NEWCOMER POET OF 2004. I'd like to
thank my mom who didn't laugh when I tell her I
want to be like Maya Angelou.
